Susan Kautz (Paralegal)

Susan is a 1992 graduate of Ivy Tech State College from which she received an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Technology. Susan was inducted into the Charter Phi Theta Kappa Society in December of 1991. She is a member of the Indiana Paralegal Association.

Susan works closely with clients and caseworkers in adoption matters. Other areas of focus are insurance defense, asbestos, and mechanics' liens.

Barbara Wolanin (Paralegal)

Barbara Wolanin completed her certification in Paralegal Studies from Indiana University, IUPUI Division of Continuing Studies, in 1997.  She began working for Attorney General Jeffrey Modisett, as support staff in Torts and Constituent Services.  She has worked in the private sector for eight years, specializing in civil litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, with experience in estate and real estate litigation as well.

She has been a member of the Hamilton County Paralegal Association and the Indiana Paralegal Association.
